ResourceT is a monad transformer which creates a region of code
where you can safely allocate resources.

After uninstalling, run this command to unregister the package from
the ghc package database: ghc-pkg recache

This requires: haskell-primitive, haskell-transformers-compat, haskell-exceptions, haskell-mmorph, haskell-transformers-base, haskell-monad-control, haskell-lifted-base, haskell-unliftio-core
