Cisco AnyConnect VPN support for NetworkManager.

If you are using KDE's plasma-nm applet, then you will also
need the plasma-nm-openconnect package.

You will need an "nm-openconnect" user to use this. Suggested:
# useradd -u 321 -g nogroup -d /var/empty -s /bin/false nm-openconnect

This requires: openconnect
