systems. Deluge was created because of the lack of a good, native, GTK based
torrent solution for Linux.

This requires: wheel, setproctitle, MarkupSafe, python-chardet, pyOpenSSL, python-twisted, service_identity, pyxdg, Mako, rencode, libtorrent-rasterbar
