For correct installation, build in this order:
compiz-bcop
protobuf3 (optional but recommended)
libcompizconfig
compizconfig-python
ccsm
compiz-plugins-main
compiz-plugins-extra (optional)
compiz-plugins-experimental (optional)
emerald (optional)
emerald-themes (optional)
fusion-icon (optional)

This requires: compizconfig-python
