15.0 > Development > go-crap (0.5.1)

go-crap calculates CRAP scores for Go functions using cyclomatic
complexity and test coverage. It supports ranked reports, coverage
profiles, baseline comparisons, and CI thresholds.

Requires google-go-lang (Go 1.26.2 or newer) to build and to scan Go
projects. The SlackBuild compiles offline using the supplied vendor
archive. Scanning a project may download that project's dependencies
and runs its tests unless an existing coverage profile is supplied.
Only scan projects whose code and tests you trust.

Run "go-crap scan" inside a Go module. Use "go-crap scan --help" for
report formats, exclusions, and failure thresholds. Use
"go-crap scan --coverage-profile=coverage.out" to reuse coverage data.
Upstream usage documentation is installed under
/usr/doc/go-crap-<version>/README.md.
