golang.org/x/text is a Go library (no binaries of its own) supplying
the text-processing packages that don't live in the standard library:
character encodings (encoding/), byte-stream transforms (transform/),
Unicode normalization and East Asian width (unicode/), language tags
(language/), collation (collate/), and number/date/currency/message
formatting (number/, date/, currency/, message/).
