uniseg is a Go library (no binaries of its own) implementing Unicode
Text Segmentation (UAX #29) and Unicode Line Breaking (UAX #14):
splitting a string into grapheme clusters, words, or sentences, and
finding valid line-break points, so multi-codepoint glyphs (emoji,
combining marks, etc.) aren't miscounted as multiple characters.

It's the one runtime dependency go-runewidth's go.mod declares
(github.com/rivo/uniseg v0.2.0), which go-runewidth.SlackBuild's
README flagged as missing. Both are already packaged separately in
~/sbo_package/.

Since Go has no system-wide shared-library concept for source
dependencies, this follows the exact same convention as
go-runewidth.SlackBuild and the existing SlackBuilds.org Go-library
packages (e.g. golang-googlecode-gonet): it installs the unmodified
upstream source tree under a shared GOPATH-style path,
/usr/share/gocode/src/github.com/rivo/uniseg, with no build step of
its own. A consumer sets GOPATH=/usr/share/gocode (GO111MODULE=off)
to pick it up directly, or copies that directory into its own vendor/
tree the same way gowid.SlackBuild already does for its bundled
dependencies.

uniseg 0.2.0 has no further module dependencies of its own (a leaf
module).
