uc-micro-py provides a small subset of Unicode character data expressed
as regular expressions.

This recipe uses version 1.0.3 for Slackware 15.0's Python 3.9. Newer
releases require Python 3.10 or later.

python3-build, python3-installer, and python3-setuptools-opt are
required only to build the package. No additional runtime dependencies
are needed.

This requires: python3-build, python3-installer, python3-setuptools-opt
