makepasswd-debian (generate and/or encrypt passwords)

makepasswd generates true random passwords by using the /dev/random
feature of Linux, with the emphasis on security over pronounceability.
It can also encrypt plaintext passwords given on the command line.

Note: There is another SBo build called makepasswd-khorben, which is
a completely different program. There is no conflict between the two,
but you may have to adjust the /usr/bin/makepasswd symlink to set the
default version your local scripts call, if you have both installed.
