KDM Theme manager is just what it says: a theme manager for
KDM. This control module allows you to easily add, remove,
and/or select any KDM theme you want.

After the installation of the KDM theme, you can access this 
module throught the KDE control center or directly by:
  kcmshell module kdmtheme
