The hackage security library provides both server and client utilities
for securing the Hackage package server.

After uninstalling, run this command to unregister the package from
the ghc package database:   ghc-pkg recache

This requires: haskell-base16-bytestring, haskell-base64-bytestring, haskell-old-locale, haskell-old-time, haskell-tar, haskell-zlib, haskell-network, haskell-network-uri, haskell-cryptohash-sha256, haskell-ed25519
