perl-Math-MPFR (perl interface to the MPFR library)

perl-Math-MPFR is a A bigfloat module utilising the MPFR library.
Basically this module simply wraps the 'mpfr' floating point
functions provided by that library.

For tests only, optional deps: perl-Math-Decimal64, perl-Math-GMPf,
perl-Math-GMP.

This requires: perl-Math-GMPz, perl-Math-GMPq
