hex2bin (convert intel or motorola hex files to binary)

hex2bin is "yet another hex to bin converter". It can handle both
Intel and Motorola formats. Records need not be sorted and there can
be gaps between records.

Note that this doesn't include a way to convert binary files *to*
hex files.
