Unicode encoding and decoding functions for utf8, iso-latin-* and
some other encodings used in the Haskell XML Toolbox.
ISO Latin 1 - 16, utf8, utf16 and ASCII are supported.

After uninstalling, run this command to unregister the package from
the ghc package database:   ghc-pkg recache

This requires: haskell-hxt-charproperties
