Gwenhywfar is a multi-purpose library that provides useful functions
such as configuration file handling, a full featured message
generation and parsing engine, and an operating system abstraction
layer.

It is used by Libchipcard, AqBanking, QBankManager, OpenHBCI, AqMoney,
and various other projects.
