libcamera (camera support library)

An open source camera stack and framework for Linux, Android, and
ChromeOS.

It's recommended to install Qt6 before building libcamera. This will
give full support to the project.

This requires: gtest, python3-build, python3-wheel, libyuv, lttng-ust
