libnsbmp (BMP/ICO image file decoder)

libnsbmp is a decoding library for BMP and ICO image file formats,
written in C. It was developed as part of the NetSurf project and is
available for use by other software under the MIT licence.

If you want to run libnsbmp's test suite, pass TEST=yes in the
SlackBuild's environment. The test results will be included in the
package, as "/usr/doc/libnsbmp-$VERSION/test_results.txt".
