ascii (prints out ASCII equivalents)

This is a handy little utility that recognizes many different ways
of naming an ASCII character (hex, octal, binary, decimal, C escape,
ISO character table pair, slang names, and others) and prints out
all the equivalents.

Note: If you're used to being able to type "man ascii" to see the
ASCII table that ships with Slackware, you'll notice that "man ascii"
brings up the man page for the ascii program once it's installed. To
see the table, use "man 7 ascii". This isn't really a conflict, per
se, but it might be confusing at first.
