Vinetto is a forensics tool that can be used to recover the contents
of the thumbnail cache (Thumbs.db files) from images that were stored
on Microsoft Windows systems.

Vinetto uses the Python Imaging Library (PIL), but should also work
with the fork of it called Pillow.
