Piper is a GTK+ application to configure gaming mice. Piper is merely
a graphical frontend to the ratbagd DBus daemon.

This SlackBuild disables build tests by default. To enable build tests
(flake8 additionally required), pass TESTS=yes to the SlackBuild:
TESTS=yes ./piper.SlackBuild

This requires: libratbag, python3-lxml
