jg-cen64 (Nintendo 64 emulation core for Jolly Good Emulation)
CEN64 JG is a cycle accurate Nintendo 64 emulator with support for
the 64DD.
Filenames supported: .n64 .ndd .z64
To run files with other extensions: jollygood -c jollycv <filename>
By default, no controls are mapped. The first time you run a game,
press Shift-1 to configure the first controller.
You'll need the appropriate N64 BIOS ROM image(s) for the game
you're trying to emulate. For regular cartridge games, you'll
want:
- pifdata.bin (md5sum either 5c124e7948ada85da603a522782940d0 or
4921d5f2165dee6e2496f4388c4c81da)
- pifdata-pal.bin (md5sum d4232dc935cad0650ac2664d52281f3a)
For 64DD (removable drive) emulation, you'll also want:
- 64ddipl.bin (md5sum 8d3d9f294b6e174bc7b1d2fd1c727530)
These are the same files that MAME/MESS uses, typically found in zip
archives called n64.zip and n64dd.zip. js-cen64 requires the unzipped
files (*.bin).
Copy the BIOS files to: ~/.local/share/jollygood/bios/
This requires: jollygood
